A premium fit-out with glass partition offices, custom reception counter, feature boardroom and epoxy flooring runs R3,500 to R6,000/m². We provide a full itemised Bill of Quantities before any work starts. No provisional sums. Fixed lump-sum pricing. You sign off the spec, we build to it.
We manage the full scope from shell handover to occupation certificate — including building plan submissions to the City of Johannesburg where required. Every project includes a written two-year workmanship warranty and weekly progress reports throughout construction.
