Cape Town's housing stock is genuinely varied — Victorian terraces in the City Bowl, mid-century homes in the Southern Suburbs, face-brick properties in the Northern Suburbs, and everything from cluster units to freestanding houses across the Cape Flats and Helderberg. A renovation plan that works for one doesn't automatically work for another, which is why we scope each project against the actual property rather than a fixed package.
Every renovation starts with a written, itemised contract — scope, materials, timeline and total price — signed before any work begins.
What we check before quoting: older Cape Town homes, especially in the City Bowl, Southern Suburbs and Constantia, often have original plaster, timber flooring or period detailing underneath later renovations. Painting or tiling over the wrong surface traps moisture and causes problems within a year — we assess what's actually there first. Structural work — removing walls, extending a room, adding a storey — needs City of Cape Town plan approval, which we submit and manage on your behalf at no extra charge.
Our standard on every job: written itemised contract before work starts, materials and brand specified upfront, no cash-only pricing, and a signed 2-year workmanship warranty handed over on completion. CIPC: 2025/257893/07 — verifiable at cipc.co.za.
We renovate homes across the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Cape Flats and the Helderberg. Same team, same standard, every time.
